Global Vision 2020 works to address the unfulfilled worldwide need for corrective eyeglasses. If you've worn glasses it is difficult to imagine 'normal' life without them, and in the developed world we often take prescription glasses for granted.

For most of the developing world access to prescription glasses is virtually non-existent, and as such quality of life, employment prospects and general health is directly impacted. A lack of trained personnel and spectacle cost are the most difficult barriers to overcome.

Who We Are

The Executive Director of Global Vision 2020 is Kevin White, a former Marine who pioneered the use of adjustable eye glasses in military humanitarian assistance outreach efforts in the developing world.
